Coach Danielle Marie is an extraordinary individual who has made a profound impact in the field of gymnastics and beyond. As the owner and head coach of C3 Gymnastics,est.2015 & C3 Performance & Health, she has built a program centered around the core values of community, culture, creativity,  camaraderie, constancy and charity. With a strong emphasis on creating an environment free from discord, Coach Danielle Marie fosters a true work ethic and a supportive atmosphere. With over 30 years of experience in competitive gymnastics, coaching, and gym ownership under USA Gymnastics, she has consistently achieved remarkable results, training multiple teams to earn National titles and transforming the lives of countless individuals both inside and outside the gym.

Coach Danielle Marie's journey has been marked by resilience and strength as a cancer and RSD survivor. As a mother of four, foster & adoptive mother, she brings a deep sense of empathy and understanding to her coaching methods. Her training approach is shaped by her unique perspectives, incorporating elements of sports psychology, nursing, nutrition, holistic health,  personal training, the Arts and dance choreography. As a motivational speaker and personal development coach, she inspires and empowers individuals to unlock their true potential.

 

Beyond her expertise in gymnastics, Coach Danielle Marie is a serial entrepreneur, constantly pushing boundaries and thinking outside of the box. Despite her numerous accomplishments, she remains grounded and lighthearted, with a warm-hearted personality that resonates with those around her. C3 PRO Coach Bill Moss

Bill Moss is a pro performance trainer and natural internal health coach, with a remarkable background as a former MLB player. Drafted to the Chicago Cubs in 2007, Bill's passion and commitment lie in empowering individuals to lead active lives and make healthy choices for a better future. Bill firmly believes in the power of prevention rather than cure, advocating for a proactive approach to health and wellness. His prescription is to equip people with the tools and knowledge to prevent future health issues, ensuring a higher quality of life in the long run.

With a genuine love for helping others, Bill's dedication extends beyond the baseball field. Whether it's in the classroom, guiding individuals on their health and wellness journey, or simply being a support system in life's challenges, he is always ready to lend a helping hand.

Throughout his career,  Bill has achieved significant milestones. He played an integral role in leading Christian Brothers High School to back-to-back state championships. As a member of the Dulins Dodgers, he contributed to their victory as 18u National Champions in 2002. Bill also had the privilege of playing for the University of Memphis Baseball team before being drafted by the Chicago Cubs.

In addition to his playing career, Coach Bill has coached youth competitive baseball for 12 years, focusing on players aged 8-18. Many of the athletes he has mentored have gone on to play at the collegiate and professional levels, a testament to his coaching skills and ability to develop talent.
