We offer customized Youth & Adult Performance Programs that are second to none. Based on the core principles of USAG Fitness, our programs focus on isometric, plyometric, flexibility, calisthenic and quick-twitch movements to help our clients build strength, agility, and endurance safely & naturally by using their own body weight. Nutrition counsel & education is also incorporated into all of our programs as we believe that healthy eating habits are a crucial building block in achieving optimal total health and peak performance. Our C3 PRO coaches are here to meet you where you are at and help you get to where you want to be. That's why we offer customized individual and group sessions for all ages and genders. Whether in the gym, on the pitch or in the sand & water, the core fundamental movements of gymnastics can easily be transmuted into any environment.
